1. Individual Malaysian - Combination of the first three characters of your name in uppercase letters along with your last five characteres of your NRIC without hyphen
2. Individual Foreigner - Combination of the first three characters of your name in uppercase letters along with your last five characteres of your passport number
3. Company - Combination of the first three characters of your company name in uppercase letters along with your last five characteres of your company registration number
